GHERN HELM doesnt work properly

if you put ghern helm on a moga, it doesnt remove effect GHERN from that moga, so it still takes the penalty, kinda dumb considering the moga gets overseer moga, can u fix this please

The range on Overseer Moga 2 is 1-8, not 0-8. Which means all spaces from ADJACENT to 8 away, therefore the Moga wearing it does not lose the Ghernbound penalties.

Ghernbound is a "mental" effect. Moga see the ghern and they feel inspire... the one wearing the helm know he is not a ghern himself, so he dont get boosted.
