I quie like the look of those zero nora proximity mines, all depends on the cooldown though.

While I feel I should personally stray to the more caution side discussing beta outside beta, this has a simple answer: CD = nora cost/5, rounded down. 0/5=0.
And I myself definitely want to get two each of the [0 nora SL relics] and [45 nora SL spells]...it would be very fun, haha~

I like the Draksar Pyromancer rune, he really has good synergy with DSkull and otehr fire runes. Also, ranged Draksar=win :)
