With Mobility, Leap, and Initiative, it's clear this guy is made to contest fonts. Reduce his combat strength(he's chicken) and make him cheap enough to fit that role. Gives us an option to contest a FS font, with out losing out horribly to drown or FF. With that build you could give him Init 2 and 11 speed for 50 nora. 53 nora for a 51 HP base speedy chicken, similar to a Boghopper Tad. That's a pretty useful font harrasser, and it could see some use.

Just for fun, add Horrifying Aura. Things being frightened of chickens is just to much win to pass up.

Give Snow Lerper the following ability at no additional nora cost.

Prowl
This unit loses Flying and Detection, and gains Stealth(also becomes stealthed) and Assassinate for 2 rounds. Cooldown 8. AP 5.

Snow rhea is boarderline shoe box. But not in the way lots of other champs are. I could force myslef to use him and Im sure he wouldnt be losing me games all on his own.
