New SL Idea: Imbued Skeezick

Desciption:"My,the skeezick are aggresive today." They have improved greatly m'lord." General Raxar to Akakios.
What it looks like: A skeezick in full spiked battle armor with a tattered cloak, rushing an Ironfist font on a Crokadar Guardian.


Abilities:
Attack:Physical
Enrage 1
Pillage: Whenever this unit enters a font deployment zone, it is instantly captured, even if it is under the opponent's control. ( It will convert back to neutral if an enemy is in the zone at the end of your turn.)
Melee specialist 1
Skeezick Alliance
Surge:Font (Only fonts under your control count.)
Skeezick Rider: When this unit dies, it is respawned as a Skeezick Baiter
Exile:IS This unit cannot be played if there is any friendly IS on the field. If any IS are played while this unit is in play, this unit is destroyed.Added for Fireball94

My thoughts: With this unit, you can rush a font with an enemy within it, it becomes yours, summon another unit and take it before it becomes neutral again. Now that's true rage! And if it dies, You get something anyway! Gimme your thoughts and yes, it would be nerfed by the octos. :(

Never heard of a kodo but i added a horse cuz SL USED to be IS, so it seemed fitting.

- Description is powerful but again sounds IS like. Call it "conquer" or "Raze" and if he was mounted on a "raptor" like creature it would be cooler. Something that looked like a basilisk or crokadar would be better instead I think since they may detest the squishyness of horsies.

Ay, true the horse would die within the first week.... Crusade is now pillage ( More skeezick like behaviour.) and he's riding a crokadar guardian now. That means he gains charge as an upgrade too. More power means more dead dorfs and that helps FW too!

Crusade is fine, it fits well the SL spirit, and I didn't mean that horses shouldn't be used, I wrote TAINTED horse...so something like that would be awesome...I just can't imagine a skeezick mountng a horse^^

The 6 warcharges have to be worth at least 40 nora. Thus the actual cost of this champion would be more like 49.

Way OP. Warcharged Skeezick and instant font capture. It just costs too dang little for such powerful effects.

Looking at his upgrades, he also can be a tank... And Charge makes it easier to enter the font... A KF/SL with lots of Initiative champs would be very OP.

No SL has a lot more than 2 OP runes. every faction does. it's one of the reasons this game has yet to find balance. Yes Vinny is OP, every Hero is, with the exception of Dirge. Go right ahead and get started on your list of IS OP stuff, A) it will be shorted than the list of SL crap. B) WHO CARES all i was saying is that the rune idea was OP... so stop being so defensive, this is a comments and suggestions thread, the guy asked for peoples opinions and i gave mine.

BOTH of those, I have the font again next turn. Not to mention I can have two of each of those in my bg.

Edit: And with Glorious Charge (also IF) I get mobility, making it easier to get into the font. Only thing that partially saves this guy is that he is 2x2, but still, way OP IMO.

you can still send him into the font drop stalwart and have him be destroyed. would be worth it. easily win the battle.
