GENERAL FIXES
• fixed some text issues in the walkthroughs
• fixed Rejuvenating Fountain to have the correct color outline in the rune dock
• fixed Tainted Statue's global effect description
• fixed an issue where Charge wasn't doing damage when the unit charged out of range of something that was granting the unit charge (i.e., Flag of Unification)
• fixed an issue with Encourage that was granting the Avatar either multiple copies of Overseer or none at all.
• Sabotage will now destealth relics before it destroys them, preventing some weird ghosting issues where one player would see the relic on the map after it was destroyed
• fixed issues with Rise, Reanimate, and LichBorn where the unit would not spawn if the Avatar was in play and you have no deployment zones
• fixed an issue with Rise where the unit would come into play under your opponent's control
• Book Burn should stop spell casting before other effects go off (i.e., if Book Burn prevents spell casting, Scapegoat should not trigger, etc)

• ap cost changed to 0 from 2

• description changed... NEW: Adjacent enemy champions become Charmed until the end of the next turn (they get -10 ATK and may not target this champion with attacks or abilities and both units are disengaged). OLD: Adjacent enemy champions become Charmed until the end of the next turn (they get -10 ATK and may not target this champion with attacks or abilities).

• cooldown changed to 3 from 4
Puppet Master
• description changed... NEW: Target friendly champion within 3 spaces gains Lumbering until end of turn and gains this units remaining AP. This unit loses all AP. OLD: Target friendly champion within 3 spaces gains lumbering until end of turn and gains this units remaining AP. This unit loses all AP.
