I played a little bit with Psychic deck in beta, didn't yet play it after but these are my advices on how it can be played well and quite fast:
1) Key runes:
2x Sensorate
2x Botanist (not sure if vuln - magical is worth it; probably giving it only to one for tests would be perfect solution and never deploy this with vuln-magic against KF for example if you don't really need him)
1x Diplo
1x Cecaelia (if anti-Possession purpose) / Spellblaster (if anti-magical purpose)
1x banner
1x Symbiote
1x Firk Mask (yes, one is enough)
1x Psychic Blast (you can add 2nd one if you want but I don't recommend it, you need this slot for something else)
This set gives you very solid melee beaters (Sensorates, Diplo), over average range which is quite cheap (Botanists), banner, two solid equips (Symbiote, Mask).
This is the core from the Psychic Deck point of view and I wouldn't add more than max. 1 another Psychic champ.
2) Don't be afraid of adding some variety to your deck. Things like: Kartch, Tide Master, Spitter, Leviathan will help you a lot with range, can add flight, some nice abilities and variety of dmg types. Tide Master is pretty much a must be since KF Titan was introduced.
3) Things like Marsh Raptor, Tad, Eel, Elite (init 1 or BM3 version), Mandrake (anti-magic), Pirahnid, Gargantua, Shamfie they can all help you fulfilling some serious gaps in your bg. Pomfret might as well but I just got two and need to test them :).
4) Healing. Sliders or Shamans are still a must be, you know :)
5) Spells.
I would surely put Font Eruption. I tested it in beta and even if you can hit 2-3 champs, it is nice for 40 nora, you know. If you play against FW it should be very good (I hope their zone doesn't stop it but I don't remember).
Typical things like Monsoon, FF, Backfire, Corrode or Nora Drain, Bog Trap (still very good if you play more tactical less "bigger stick coming!" bg) and so on should find place in your bg. Marsh Song(s) as well, of course :)
6) From what I found out it's good, playable and powerful bg. Not sure if it's on the top of FS's possibilities, didn't play it so long. But it's surely a lot of fun and nothing like old Firks :)
