Crown of K'Thir

Anyone running one? Is it worth the rune slot? It looks good on paper, but debating whether to give a slot to it. I currently do not run any equipment in my bg.

Anyone willing to share their experiences with this rune would be most helpful.

Helm is decent, nothing more, feels like it usualy costs a bit to much even tough it can tip the balance in some instances. Biggest pro for it atm is probobly that it is an equipement and keeps those pesky cursed daggers off menalaus.

ive found the oaken mace to have a stronger effect on fights than the crown as the crown normally isn't worthwhile until you've lost a few champs. Too situational and can't help you out of the "oh noes" situations that tend to occur at times.

Disabling an enemy champ is always nice. Be it for font contesting or disabling a really heavy hitter when he's close for a turn can win you the game.

My bet is on the mace. I've used both and come to that conclusion.

Don't underestimate the value of retreat on tap :)

It lets you disengage and move back two spaces for 1 ap :)

I've replaced oaken mace with the crown and so far it's working nicely. Retreat is very useful for when your range gets engaged.

I was running one. Its only worth the cost when your losing or long matches =/. I took it out for vortex because it got equipped to my charmer one too many times
