Rain of Arrow is considered an AoE spell instead to be considered an attack. I think it is very lame that it affect champion with Demon Shield or Arrow Eater ability.

This isn't a bug...

yeah - completely agree.

i know it's not a bug, but it seems illogical that rain of arrows can bypass Demon Shields and Arrow Eater abilities

first time i came up against an elven prodigy and he started firing arrows at my Pincushions i was pretty annoyed.

Maybe not but this is a completly illogical lack of logic

!

Frost Cone, Fire Bomb, Acid Bomb, Acid Breath and Rain of Arrows should all get blocked by Demon Shield!

If one gets changed, the rest must follow.

WAI. You know where you can put your logic.

1) Using alot of space = immature

2) Frost cone is not a ranged attack neither is breath of any kind. Same goes for bomb.

Dunno big guy, firing an explosive at a target 5 spaces away seems like range to me. Your logic continues to fail.
I also think it would be easier to block a large flying fireball than it would be to block a barrage of arrows.

How would a child that age fire so many arrows so quickly, while blind folded! It's physically impossible!

Once again, you know where to put your logic :P
Not in a fantasy game... that's for sure.

Hows about we don't change anything cause it really doesn't matter cause it's not a bug...

How about we try to not make overpowered runes more overpowered?

It is range... but not a "ranged attack" aka a ray, an arrow or a bolt. A bomb is an explosion while lets say a ray of fire is something more direct.

And the demon shield do not require to block it, it attracts them toward itself.

And I know logic + fantasy game = do not compute, but why 1 arrow can be absorbed while many cant?!

Because they are all coded the same way. Think about it. Why can you absorb fire magic and all that other stuff when it specifically grants "Arrow Eater".

What he means is, something with Arrow Eater or a Demon Shield can absorb Flamestrike.

Yes. It can absorb a stream of fire.

Simple. Rain of arrows uses the same game mechanics of every other similar ability, fire bomb, frost cone, acid breath ect. They aren't going to change the game mechanics of an entire type of abilities for this one exception.

If you want to do that then arrow throw and arrow eater shouldn't be able to affect frost or magic attacks or anything else but arrows.

I am sure any KF player will gladly make that trade off.

But one could simply just use logic and say that since rain of arrows = lots and lots of arrows being fired, it is simply too many to block or eat them all.
