before forums got wiped their was a thread i made about a rune design.
and here it is again.
25 nora
all tiles become non impeeding snow, all water tiles become non impeeding ice. This will activate at the end of your opponents next turn.
the idea of this rune is not to be an offensive weapon, as it would fail pretty badly, but a support rune for the snow theme in st, and to help out the hidden:snow mechanic as well as other snow based runes.

to support a snow theme, i think their should be a global snow effect spell like this.
25 nora- all tiles become non-impeeding snow, and all water tiles become non impedding ice. this spell will take effect at the end of your opponents next turn.and will last for 4 turns.
it doesn't slow opponents down, it doesn't cause stat debuffs, and the best you can hope for is to remove opponents terrain spells, but if you use a snow based deck with hidden champs and stuff liek taht this would be very useful.
