Nora Well
cost: 30 nora
At the start of each player's turn, that player gains 8 Nora. All adjacent spaces of this relic are water.
Nora tally of Player 1 (using Nora Well) and Player 2 (his opponent):
Turn..Player1..Player 2
1......-30......0
2......-30......8
3......-22......8
4......-22......16
5......-14......16
6......-14......24
7.......-6......24
8.......-6......32
9........2......32
I think that's enough to get the picture. Basically it sets Player1 back 30 nora compared to his opponent, and keeps it that way for ever. In fact, Player2 is the first to see any benefit from the rune whatsoever. I can understand runes that are double edged swords to be used in special situations, but this rune is so bad it doesn't even make sense. It needs something else.

they should make it so it returns nora if any of your champs are near it (for either side)
and make the bonus like... a font

Nora Well is fine, it just isn't good for straightforward smashy competitive decks.

What is Nora Well fine for? For 8 turns it is a benefit to your opponent while being a detriment to you... on turn 9 it gives you a net 2 Nora. On the surface, it is a pretty bad rune.
So what BG did you have in mind when you said it was fine?

Leeches + Nora Wells = the start of a decent nora engine. I use it in a Darkness trickdeck, for which it fits perfectly.

Are you talking about some sort of Anything Goes multiple faction deck? If so, good for you but I don't care since it doesn't apply to DoW.

And this is why you and I will never get along.
The thing isn't good for ranked play, so don't use it, but leave it for those of us who play outside your narrow ruleset.

The devs have stated that the purpose of this rune is to disrupt the rythym of your opponent's tempo by giving them nora also.
Unfortunately in practice this didn't work out at all. If there was some sort of penalty for having nora banked then it would be a useful rune, but atm it helps your opponent unless you use leeches more than it helps you.

Use nora mines and miners aswell. Your rhytm will totally be groovy.

Did they really say that? OMG WTH BBQ.
I actually posted a FS/SL Well deck when the rune first came out. It was gimmicky, and sorta dumb, like most of the decks I post. The main problem with it was that anything the deck could do FF FS could do better. But you could say that about any FS/? deck...

Yes. When we asked why FS has to pay 30 nora to give 8 nora to ourselves and the opponent, that was the answer we were given.

if your using FF frogle, you still are getting +8 a turn, and +4 spaces of water is desent, my only complaint is it only has 16 hitpoints, thats the weakest relic in the game, it should drop a nora globe
