Would anyone be interested in a tournament for provincial ranked players?
looking at previous tournis, they've all been won by top 100 players and I'm betting future tournis will be the same.
so I propose a tournament with the following rules:
1) Must be provincial ranked.
2) Must have played the game for at least 6 months (to avoid top guns creating an alt and swapping the runes)
3) Deck must be CP'd and FF or 15/15
4) Champion builds may change but the deck must stay the same.
note: before the flaming begins, I wouldn't be participating, I just want to know if people like the idea.
