I feel that some maps do not assist their faction.

Good:

SP: chasms with avalanche and rock trap is a good combo
KF: Short, good for rushing/ vegitation good for camoflauge and hidden: vegi
FS: 80% water for a faction that thrives on water.
ST: Major assistance with all the ice, buffing artic/debuffing non.
UD: Eh... good for fire eater decks.

Bad:

SL: Doesn't really do anything for them.
IS: See SL. ^
FW: Short Map, Better Long-term games.

I think there needs to be a rethink on some maps...

i forgot... it does help the sand bg. I was talking more about actual SL but you have a point.

i personally think that the nora glades are good for SL :)

Plus, 2x2s can't even cross through the middle waist of the map. impassible = fail

well, if they are going to name something after a faction then they should benefit it in some way. Instead of here's your map, sorry it doesn't help like most of the other maps we just needed to add another map and picked yours you lucky dog!

well, the 2x2 units can block whilst range units kick ass :) plus you can funnel ememys into going a certain way...which you have previously poison trapped the hell out of ;) drakstar broodlins kick ass on that map to :) i always seem to do pretty well on it anyway :D

SL are not that bad off due to sand. FW map tell FW players to keep playing their two fairies and one or two lich kings. Also, Rock Guardian can hide on rock.

Aha! So all factions have some forte on their own map. Instead of doing a check like this, make 2x2 not become stuck in certain deployment zones.

Only one I can think of is the ST map one.
