Crafter Bug?

I went to convert some of my hundreds of bronze over to silver. And lo and behold i could not find my tokens. They would not list for me to pick them to convert. No silver or gold nor platinum showed up either. Am i listing it wrong. I chose tokens, i listed all rarities, and no answer came up no listing found.
