Regulator or Leech?

Just want peoples thoughts. I am planning on a KF/SL deck, it will have the SL banner, and I was wondering what anti nora I should have. While regulator has the better ability, it clocks in for 70 nora (4 more then usual) and its stats are not so hot in a split without banner. Leech on the other hand comes in at 54 (4 lower) thanks to the KF bonus and has a banner boost, although it has the worse anti nora ability.

So, what are peoples thoughts?

I would look at the rest of your bg; if you have 2 free slots on the SL side, take leaches, otherwise take regulator (who only requires 1 slot).

Leeches also provide some alt damage, but like the person above me said, it really just depends on which you have room for.

The problem is you need 2 slots for the leeches and only one for the regulator.

I`d go with the regulator.

Deck is running SL heavy. I am not a fan of KF champs in splits, simply because they are all going to be more costly then they are in FF KF (couple of exceptions ofc) while the other side (in this case SL) is going to be cheaper then normally in FF.

Space is tight on both sides but I think I will go for the leech.

The deck is going to run 12 SL champs (then banner and 2 DB's) with 3 KF champs (2 herald, dragon) though possibily 2 RE or 1 charmer dependong on how it works out.

Out side of heros/herald/dragon KF only really has its spell list to make you want to play it, so it seems best going this way. I should have fun with 39 (elite blade, SL bonus, Arieal Sup) def Thiorn and ally KF Draksar Zerkers ^_^.

I wouldn't say leeches are a worse anti nora ability. I'd actually say they are better. :P

If you are focusing on mirroring, KF angels are still tremendous for that; there wasn't any real reason for them to fall out of favor. Then you get rage bands for the copies. Archers also typically work well since they are cheaper, but I'd prefer the 59 nora cannoner.

49 nora howler, 59 nora cannon, 67 nora rocket all seem good to me :) I didnt notice the archer was 9 speed, but I think I prefer the cannon over her but DB and barrage seems like fun. I may end up subbing out for rockets for her which will open up the SL side a bit. I will have to play around.

Angels is a good option, but I do not have access to them sadly. Planning on mirroring the acids instead.

Cant see mirroring them to be that good, mainly because how the sand overlaps its self and they are missing a large bit of DEF for being in a split.

Mirroring mega Recruiters (with surge etc) might be fun though xD

It depends on your list I'd say. I tend to love Leeches since they can run off and grab a font for under 60 nora, while still getting their benefit, and can come back and not be completely useless in combat.

Regulator costs more to deploy, is a 2x2, doesn't fly... The only reason she'd get a nod here I'd think would be as a disarm option, which makes her cost even more.

I would probably remove rockets for rage band and taint/scape goat and add in angels to the KF side if I could.

D zerkers are looking to be good fun, having 63 health, 17 damage, 25 atk with banner out, before motivate/enrage ^_^

I am in need of about 3 bronze tokens atm though... So if anyone would care help out someone who is strugling with KF splits I would be very helpful :)

Acid eles are one nora off of being elite blade viable, also not really enough super champs to take advantage of g mirror.

I am aware. I may end up upping damage/health to push them into that area, but not sure (since blade is mainly there for the dragon).

Frankly, I'd drop one mirror and add a second Call Serpent. That spell is so freaking broken, and it better fits your ultra-efficient theme.

Probably for the best :) Without angels I dont think I will be mirroring that much ^_^
