Seen this as needed for some recipies but I dont know how to get them.

u can get them in packs or trading for them

It's 6 of any token -> 1 of the next size up.
6 Bronze -> 1 Silver
6 Silver -> 1 Gold
I'm not sure if 6 Gold -> 1 Plat, because this seems to be a huge waste and I've not tested it.

You can get tokens in the rune packs (random distribution), or buy a token pack (never bought one, so I don't know how likely you are to get a Platinum).
Platinum tokens are NOT currently craftable.
