Well, i figured i would try my hand at making runes(harder then it sounds X-X) and i tried to make them into two things ST needs Healing and Terrain Control
(i would like to note, i LOVE the terrain control side of ST (why i tried FS) and want to nurtre it more, i know we have some with snowfall(not really) but i figured this might help especially because i keep thinking of people getting lost in snowstorms(reckless movement induced by some snow abilities would be awsome. even if just for a short time)
The first one is the healing champ AKA Jakei Songsinger, the ability i thought would be cool would be lullbay X. Lullabay would work sort of like a fusion of crystalize andparalyzation.
Jakei SongSinger(bah bad name)
ATK:8
DEF:10
Range: 2-5
DMG: 7
Nora:68
Speed: 7
Basic attk: Frost
Lulaby 1/2/3: Put target foe/friendly unit within 4 spaces to sleep( sleep causes Asleap X, half kill in stats, and health regain equal to the paralyzed number. Target is woken up with any single attack from a champion or single target spell. Lullaby 1 grants asleap 2 )Costs 3 ap

Upgrades
Chill: 1/2/3
Snow Cacoon(need better name) 1/2/3 If target champion occupies snow and is arctic it becomes snow consumed(need better name) and heals 5 hp per turn and gains paralyzed if the champion is non artic the champion takes 3 damage per turn for half the turns .
"Let my song soothe you, let the tundra heal your wounds"
The terrain control champion focuses on the abiliesties to make snow and to give champs reckless movement if they are in snow.
Jakei Snowhearder
Atk: 10
Def:10
SPD: 7
DMG:12
Range: 2-6
Passive
Snowblast 1/2/3: cooldown 1: target champion within 4 spaces takes 12 frost damage and spaces adjacent to it become snow(impending 1)Upgrades 2 makes it deep snow (impnding 2) and 3 gives an extraspace of snow, both upgrades add a space to the range.
Snowfall 1
snow blind. 1/2/3 if target champion occupies snow it gains reckless movement 2(3 and 4 for higher levels)
Summon blizzard 1/2/3: either summons a blizzard elementalesque creature or an aoe skill like tidal wave for snow :3

Per tradition please resond with your critisicms/praise. This was hard(especally since i don't know nora costs.) and i hope to do it more often. The thingi need help with the most is nora costs as i don't know how to cost abilities well.
I get my ideas from random bits of flavor text that pop into my head, so my runes probably won't be all too balanced either :(
