Next noobie challange?

I remember reading somewhere about a noobie challange where you couldn't have spent more then $xx to enter (don't remember exact numbers)

But I mean.. I'd totaly be down on that, I've spent exactly 3 bucks on a nora surge pack, I run ff and I think after a month I'm getting the hang of this.. Must be others in shoes close to mine that would love to battle it out in a rumble for a prize.. well at least I would be :)

So if anyone could link me or give me some more info towards that, that'd be great :)

And.. if there isnt one around anymore.. Should totaly get one going agian :P
