Ok so I got what FF means, I understand 10/10... but what does highlanders mean?

As in the movie "There can be only one!"
So pretty much you cant have any duplicates of runes. No 2X executioners, or 2X rascal fairies.
Only one of each rune in your bg.

Yep. DEFINITELY a different play environment. It's especially fun because you get to play runes that would otherwise be good but just miss the cut for a traditionally competitive bg.

Draws would be awful though! Also, that would have so little strategy...def. deck design but also play style I think.

This may be obvious but it was something I was unsure of at one time. FF and 10/10 HL are selfexplanatory. I initially thought the Highlander option allowed circus decks. This is not the case. It allows both FF and 10/10 Higlander decks. It is analagous to the Any option used in standard deck choices.

allow - permit (a thing to happen, etc.) [allow, allows, allowed, allowable] (skipping the less relevant definitions of allow here)
