As the title states, whats a good BG to be used for fragment-farming?

To farm, you need a specific BG for each map (as Sirpent said) and generally speaking, unless you are looking for Oathstones, NS is the best choice, since depending on your BG, it can drop all the frags. For Oathstones, run Euans.

#8- What Faction should I use?
There is no single deck you can build to do all the maps of any campaign and have the campaign done in any sort of reasonable time to make it worth not building extra BGs.
So get the 1 deck to do them all idea out of your head if you really wanna do them.
For NS your gonna wanna go 10/circus for all 5 maps.
For Euan you can do 10/10 for 3 of the maps and 10fw/circus for map #3, but remember you can only use Wrath runes.
For GD you can do 10/10 or 10/circus for all maps, but you can only use Proc runes.
