Price check: Firk Diplomat

How much does a Firk Diplomat usually go for?
I know it's crafted from an Aquatic Talisman, so I suspect that drives the price down considerably, but I'd like some outside input on this one.

Firk Diplomat is equal in value to a Drown. Hopefully that gives you a little insight into the value. It really has gone down a lot since it's release. But I know that others may not agree with me so feel free to go with the advice you deem correct. Good luck!
