War GSP! War GSP!
He will 'rush' over Jon Fitch in the second round.
I will die inside if I miss this PPV

Well, there's a couple cool people at least :) Here's my bets:
Lesnar vs Herring: Lesnar
GSP vs Fitch: GSP
Huerta vs Florian: Huerta
The rest I don't know enough about. I think Fitch has a better chance than a lot of people are giving him credit for - I really wouldn't be surprised if he wins - but GSP is just so good, I can't bet against him.
Lesnar looked like a monster in his first fight, just got caught. I'm sure he's worked on his ground game (outside of standard wrestling); I expect him to smash Herring.
Huerta is still pretty young, but I think he'll eventually hold the belt if he keeps improving. Guida was a big victory, but Florian is his first real test. He has to win! :D

I was disappointed because Huerta looked bad, but otherwise yeah. Lesnar is a beast...see the damage he did with one punch?

UFC is pretty diligent about getting it removed from websites; just have to poke around and hope to get lucky. Looks like this one is working ATM:

Huerta looked like he was using a modified version of GSP's standup style in the first round. I felt that Florian broke him :).
Jon Fitch is a bloody robot...GSP did enough to break two fighter to him....kudos for Jon for sticking it out.
If any of you guys play UFC fantasy on the UFC website...I received 226 points from correct fight predictions... Finished 63rd out of 19000 participants.

I didn't notice that when I watched it, but it does make sense. They did train together beforehand; will have to keep that in mind when I watch it again. I think he should've stuck with what was working for him, even knowing that Florian would be looking for openings...that's what got him there in the first place, after all.
Ah well, as said, he's still quite young. He'll hold the belt someday :)

If you check the post fight comments, appearently either Roger or Florian said that the modified style worked better before Roger reverted back to his previous style. Once he reverted, Florian had an easier time with him.

I don't like Lesner at all. But herring just isn't a good fighter at all imo.
Even though I've never fought in an actual MMA match if I had about a month to
condition I'm almost absolutely sure I would destroy him.
Point being: Herring is crap.

Kind of doubt it; Herring isn't an all star, but he does have something like 50 fights. He's far from a scrub.

I don't really think it matters lol. I'm sure that it wouldn't be too hard to take him down. He's got a pretty easily deciphered fighting style. I'm sure after the first round, at the most,
I'd have him figured out...

I wasn't surprised that Lesner had such an easy time with Herring. It wasn't a good matchup for Herring at all...considering he isn't a complete all-around fighter.

Yeah; I think they gave Lesnar that matchup intentionally. They paid a fortune for him, they want him to be a huge draw - would've been hard if he lost another fight like the one with Mir.

Haha remember, Mark Coleman was origianlly supposed to fight Lesner. The guy is ancient... and he's was going to fight someone 15 years younger than him...
I got the feeling they were feeding someone with a half-decent name to Lesner to destroy. When Coleman was injured, Herring was the next best bet.
I picture them feeding another heavy weight to Lesner...like Anthony Hardonk...or Eddie Sanchez

Monkee, who do you think is next for GSP? Lesner?...etc
