Here's a rule of thumb you might keep in mind: If there's reasonable doubt it might deeply offend people, it's probably safer to just not say/do it.

I don't personally find it offensive, but somebody who might have a sibling who has a mental disorder might. Ergo, it would probably be a good idea to change it. Thanks for asking!
