After I had done it, I was like, wait a min. WTF was I thinking. I have a lot of those moments.

 

Had a webmeet last week. They changed some names and stuff, even though I'm a realist and knew this would happen, I still feel a defensive pang. If I'm honest, their name is better, but I'm still debating on honest or prideful.

 

Just let me know when I can get a copy mate.

Not yet, all this is based off of conjecture from my agent. Right now we are still in the approval and editing process. Basically, we are going to see if we can work together to create a copy we can both work with. If so then we'll get into the negotiations on how they want to release it (how wide, how much marketing etc). If we agree on that, then we'll move to publication, which is where I'll know for sure when its released and early release and such.

 

Maybe they only consider like 2 factors or have a ton of easy equations

Maybe... although my work seems to have plenty of error sources and calculating them is a royal pain in the butt.

I do it though, as acuratley as I can.

But I can only comment from my research area, you could compare it to physical chemistry and say, "dude, you have so few error sources to calculate!"

I dunno...

But yeah, we take it seriously.

It's not big enough to call it into question! I can drop you a graph with the increase in global temperature and the associated error if you like. If you're really interested, then I can drop you the info on how the error is calculated.
