The reason why as a certain time you can't play single player is because there is an issue we found when SOE gave us the game that was causing the Bot server to lock up. It takes a little bit to spin the bot server back up after this issue occurs. We have been regularly implementing server improvements to address this issue.
This has been resolved, apparently there was a problem with the monitoring software that is supposed to catch this problem. Single Player is now back up and running.
If it's fixed, I'm happy. But if was a 35 min fix it should probably have happened within the first month of a bug report. Was trying to show of the game today. As you might have guessed, I failed. Couldn't get him started on the walk through.
Just to clarify, by fixed you mean it shouldn't be down at the same period of time anymore, or just a temporary fixed tonight?
