Pox Nora shouldn't have any problems with Win 8.1. Have you checked to make sure your video card drivers are up to date?

Yes the problem still continues... I guess ,just got my computer problem Thank you for your attention
Your video card should be more than capable of handling the game. When you checked to see that your video card drivers were up to date are you going to the Nvidia Website or using the already installed Geforce Experience software to check if there is an update? You might want to see if they have any Beta drivers available.
Pressed escape in pox, went to options and changed my resolution to one that allowed the graphics card to work.
It could be that your video driver is out of date and you need to install a newer version. Another possibility is that one of your files is corrupt which would require uninstalling and reinstalling Pox Nora.
Interesting. Love NVIDIA cards myself. Running a GTX 780 Ti, atm with no issues. Can provide my specs if necessary. Something that might help. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/check-your-hard-disk-for-errors EDIT: Thought of something else. What is the size of your monitor?
Go to PoxNora.com, click on help, and then create a customer service ticket. We will walk you through a few things, it could be a driver issue or it may actually be an issue with that specific card.
