Gift: Future Sight got +2 nora, Council: Spells no longer stacks, and Dreamstate got +2 nora. Those are the changes I am seeing on the patch notes for Fae Dreamer.
They also made it so Council: Spells no longer stacks. That was the hugely oppressive thing about it. In other news, Salaman Hype! Really like the Fire Salaman, and am looking forward to seeing how the new Salaman rolls. On the whole I thought FS got some good chances this patch. Understandable nerfs, and some cool redesigns (Darkmarsh Outlaw! Princess Ctharia! Snapteeth! Fire Salaman! Font of Restoration!) that I am looking forward to trying out. Why did Kartch lose his hunter abilities? (Not that I am really complaining. Just curious.) Also hoping for a redesign of Sixul at some point. My big disappointment was that nothing was done about all the idiocy around the draksar fabricator and associated runes.
The wording is weird so i am not sure if i am reading the change right but will see in the game. Anyway here is a list of things i used rod with: Shocked(the dot) thunderhead totem auras(very very important) damage shield/static aura/catalyst: electricity jab black tempest Edit: also rebuke and lighting storm(?),lighting skewer(?). I find it really funny that an old theme-enabling in SP rune got nerfed because of an IS exo.Firk IS.Firk them.They are so OP they get other faction nerfed.
Ok, here is the actual notes for the Fae Dreamer: Fae Dreamer Default cost to 59 Damage increase (+7) Starting Abilities: Attack: Magical, Shatter Summoned, Gift: Future Sight, Fairy Flight (i.e. she got a basic attack and lost evasive 2, plus the cost increases to abilities and Council: Spells nerf)
Totems should work Auras should work Damage Shields should work Jab should work Black Tempest should work All of those are abilities. Why would you think they wouldn't work? Is there a confusion with the description?

I am concerned it might too much nerf, but it's hard to evaluate the impact of Council: Spells outside of real games. Easy enough to mod her cost/stats slightly later if needed though.
The way its worded,its seems like it would work only on active or targeting abilities,not stuff like auras or jabs. But in that case,i guess its better then i thought,i just misread the ability.
I didn't personally test all those things so some might be broken, but in such a case it'd be a bug. Let me know
WAIT HOLD UP. Essence Devourer lost Horrific Aura for Life Siphon. What's up with that? It doesn't show up in the patch notes. Like, I don't know if it's a huge nerf, but -- no note?
Not sure why no note. But either way unintended. I know why it happened though. Will have to fix for a later patch.
