    When Ally: ST on him doesn't even proc. Not worth his cost. Fix this please.

    Can you clarify what the issue is? Ally: ST seems to be triggering its buff correctly as far as I can tell.

    The only time they get Ally:ST is if Zeven is out. And they receive the buff, but it does not proc. I've been running clops here and there and always noticed this issue. @Sokolov

    I know that's why I was asking, that's weird it's not working though. @Markoth This sounds like a bug, why aren't you giving him Bane Shift about posting in the bug forums ?
