The basics of deck building are the following. Number 1: Synergy. Number 2: 6-8 ranged champs and the rest melee with at least 2-4 support champs. Number 3: An average nora cost around 60 is generally the best. Number 4: An Average Speed of 6+ is best Number 5: Have at least 2-4 expensive power houses ranged or melee 75+ nora Number 6: Try to have runes that fulfil multiples roles efficiently an ideal example of this is Ancient Slag, its a support tank. Number 7: Try to stick to your faction/s strengths Number 8: Have a well balanced support equipment, spell and relic support set, with something that can get you out of all situations Number 9: try to cover at least 3 of relic counter, detection, shatter, perseverance etc... Number 10: Include at least 4 damaging Spells. My SP decks normally get copied by everyone and this is my guideline for building each of my decks. If you cant afford the Ancient Slags consider getting Voil Stormspears. For 120 shards + around 880k PB credits you can get yourself a Tier 1 FF deck. With 1.5k shards the deck costs 320k pb credits... 1 box + exo league and you will be able to afford this deck! First expensive runes to add. I disagree with this. Here's my small meta tip for beginners: If there's a spell that does the same as an equip or relic, use it instead, provided it gives a comparable value. Low cost units are usually more valuable than high cost units. Buffing a single unit is a bad strategy to rely on Try to run at least 1 hero if you are playing ff. Unless you already have a bunch of bs.
I ran 50% champs in the deck for a long time but just recently have had success with around 75% champs. Not sure why but it seems to work.probably lots of early little guys.
Note I only recommended 2-4 75+ nora champs with the rest being cheap! That goes for any deck any faction...
So can SP because of the refund. In fact to take advantage of the SP bonus I find going for loads of cheap champs or expensive ones a good tactic.
