Honestly, it looks like they thought it would show you a list of all their open trades.. but instead it will only show you your own trades.
Yeah, it isn't a scam, the sender thought that he would show you his list of open trades, you can tell by the URL. You have to search for his username to see the list, there isn't a way to send the result of trade filtering (iirc).
