I have never been able to trade in any extra warbanners.
Of course, PoxBox didn't work for anything last time I tried...

 

I think you can still trade them in using dump trade, i.e., make a trade on PoxNora (make sure to include a bronze token) and submit the trade ID to PoxBox without putting any runes in or out. You'll get a bid and the bot will tell you the value of the dump trade.
