I'd usggest getting DE summoners, invigorate is awesome. Runes to work towards would be Minotaur Battlemage and Portalwaker, maybe even Prince Malaudur altough I'm not sure how strong that one is. Banner and retribution would be goo additions too.
14 champs and 2 shatters? I would personally change a shatter for an extra champ fe demonologist (gives anti summon, stealthed imp for surprise doors or roadblock, magic damage). mandate for 25 heal, then shatter and cause 6 or so damage due to rend feels overcosted.
1) i actually don't need shatter for mandate 2 shatters are for opponent or negative equip on me i manage to find a way to bypass mandate if you give an equip and put mandate you won't get BOS but you spend the same amount as shatter without rend 2) i'm just waiting for Ronin for new mino i might add him in the BG as my 15th champ i really hope there a healer cause minos got no way to heal other tan mandate
oh, for some reason i tought portalwalkers were magical, altough even with that i would swap one for tinder box, but thats just a personal prefference thing
