Draksar Gunners and Draksar Archers had violent before the update, right? Well, I have to say that I'm upset that they've been nerfed. During long games, I was able to beef their damage up to ludicrous levels! I mean, I can see why they had to do it, but it's still annoying. I think they should have just left the pre-desert owl games runes how they were.
I know right?! That was once one of my favorite champions in my sand deck, now I'm not even sure what to use 'em for! Valid point, I just wish they'd kept violent on them so I can save my rage band for other purposes.
Or maybe as they have done before, instead of tossing violent to the theme they could make one ability that grants violent to near draksars, that way the build synergy and open space design space on the rest of the team. Same with Regen. Too bad that the next balance patch will be in march 2015

Haha that is very true. I've grown attached to my Drak Guns and my Drak Archies, I can't NOT complain about their lack of awesomeness. I'm glad they kept Archie's farshot though. Super useful for me.
iirc, Taint only gives violent to non-draksars (i.e., if they have race Draksar pre-Taint, then Taint won't give it to them, though I haven't tested it very thoroughly yet).
Really? Oh. Well there never used to be a reason to taint a draksar aye. I guess someone should test it on archer
So taint doesn't give Arhcer violent, like SPiEkY said; however, it does give Draksar Draconic Force, which is an okay substitute I guess...
