Tough changes

Does people still think its worth it to run tough three at +10 nora? Seems excessive

 

Regen 3 is 9 nora.

Just for comparisons sake.

 

At tough 3 you completely ignore most DoTs and stymie all of them; you wreck auras, champ spam and pings. Tough 3 is extremely strong, I don't think 10 nora is overblown.

 

I was thinking about that, but its 15 nora technically for it because lvl one is 5 nora. Idk, your point is well taken, but i guess there is no one correct answer

 

I think it is now worth thinking about, and that mere fact is a huge improvement.
It is a very strong ability, and probably worth 15 nora, so yeah, I'm fine with it.

 

I would pretty much never take tough 3 for 15 nora

 

The current regen price made it efficient to always get the lowest rank available
