Christmas break is just around the river bend, so it looks like I will have some free time on my hands. I was curious as to if anyone would be interested in playing another game of mafia .... it's been a while.

so in this thread just post if you are interested.... I'd like at least 8 to play, but more would obviously be better. I'll leave the theme and format up for discussion as well, this is to simply check the interest.

I always wondered this, but would it not just be easier for you all to play this on Town of Salem or is it enjoyable to do it in this format?

For me personally, I enjoy writing out the stories. Town of Salem is fun as a pick up game, but there are a lot more roles that are out there. I would encourage people to play Town of Salem though if they haven't played Mafia for them to get a general idea of how it works. Also, this format allows for more discussion, a lot more mind games, which I think is a lot more fun. There can be more planning, more strategy, more personality that comes out.
