    Mmm. Heart strike is just useless in so many ways. It wouldn't be as useless if it at least killed perseverence, but oh well.

    It would be ok on a harrasing ranged champion. Acid dartwing could have it and it would be okay. Drak archer too.

    Anything melee, no tyvm.
