That was my point. Best bet would be to create a new ability something like: Forest Swiftness 1/2 - [CD: 20, AP: 0] This champion becomes Pacified and cannot activate abilities including Basic Attacks and gains X AP per Y enemy champions in play. This ability is removed at the end of the turn. Or just have a counter in the status bar with the spaces you can move if you prefer a simpler approach.
Like this then they attack an enemy with a basic attack they get to move 1-2 spaces for free but will not require ap just an idea
Hehe, another idea is that the deployed champion could come into play shouting how many spaces it has. The Doombringers say "Doom" and KF champions could say "Four For The Forest!"
I really do like the idea but I know the focus has been a bonus that would affect ALL champs and many support would be left out. However I really do like the idea.
Meant it as an activateable ability so you can use initiative and then use the ability after to reposition. I am worried about people storing the AP for the next round though so it likely won't work.
It would fit very well with just how kf is based and would get rid of the +1 speed so people can not complain about early game advantage
KF Faction Bonus A FF: When deployed, friendly champions may move 1 space for free for every enemy champion in play, to a maximum of 4. KF Faction Bonus B FF: When deployed, friendly champions may move 1 space for every 2 opposing champions in play (to a maximum of 4 spaces). Friendly champions can store an additional 2 AP.
So 4 spaces of free movement that is pretty easy to achieve or 4 spaces when 8 champions are out but all champs can store +2 AP.
I remember I thought about this ability which is opposite of lumbering Sprint Ap:2 Cd:4 This unit gains mobility and 1ap each time it moves. this triggers 4 times. It follows same mechanic as HaR Ff 4 times Sf 2 times 6 cd @Xirone what do you think?
