Between 36-44 Nora makes him so efficient as to be madness.

99% of the reason he is good is because he got Locus Swarm, giving him a way to inflict damage despite his rubish speed/range.

 

Yeh remove locust swarm on him, because with the fleshblight witch he just becomes insane for his cost!

 

Alternatively, nerf Necropotence.

On topic afflicted corpse is very efficient but I think he's fine.
