Lift on Transporter

Does this ability lift both friendly and enemy champs? Any help would appreciated.

 

Yes, which will in fact proc wind striker. fun stuff. Also good to set up cliffs with ball/chain and stuff.

yes it will...I use to lift an opponent champ, going into a chasm and cleans the trsnporter for an instant kill

 

Would dispel work aswell?

 

Personally, I think Lift should lose the "This champion's movement costs 3 AP while target champion is Lifted." It would then be useful as a catch and pull relocation mechanic in addition to windstriker combos (which are difficult given that SP only has 1 Windstriker Unit). Regular AP costs for movement wouldn't be out of line with other relocation mechanics, like pull, which is 3 AP for 3 squares of movement. It's AP cost (currently 1) could then be increased to 2/3 to limit the threat range of the ability (i.e. with a 1 AP cost, an enemy champion 5 spaces away could be relocated 5 spaces). However, the ability should lose its insta-kill potential, imo.
