Improve Damage, Commander: X, and Motivate does not seem to stack. Is this intentional? In the wording for improved damage and commander: X it does say they do not stack but I thought that was with other pumps of the same kind not all other pumps period. This is confusing because Battlemaster does stack with Motivate as well as Improved Damage and Commander: X but also has the same wording of not stacking. Is there a chart or page that shows what stacks with what? Thanks.
nevermind. The issue was that there is a limit on how many buffs/debuffs can be shown on a toon. I think the limit is like 7. Beyond that it does add it up but it doesn't show up on the toon.
Alright, after testing it last night I found the bug. Improve Damage does not show up on the rune. It gives it the bonus but it does not show up ever. That was the confusion.
