So I'm addicted to getting tattoos, I really want a pox one because it's genuinely been a big part of my life after playing almost a decade. Any ideas?

Ash Demon: Could be a good black/white.
Flame Skitter: The embers in the belly could be done very nicely.
Greater Pimpsoawn: Glowing fists.
Void Spider: Good candidate, but the heavy use of black might fade.

Spells:

Animosity: The symbol could be done in Tribal, the entire picture could be done in a portrait fashion though.
Retribution: The art is a bit grimy, but I think it could turn out nice if you trust the tattooist's version of it.

 

I think the big ol UD symbol might be winning, I can use animosity as a base.

If I was as hardcore about SP as I was about UD I'd get a mika pinup in a second.

 

Also as suggested above, a nefari messenger pinup would be sweet too.
