I've noticed that in every game I've played in the past few days. Every time I kill a champ, the full map refreshes. The background stays the same, but all champs, globes, shrines, fonts, movement grid, etc disappear and refresh. It takes less than a second, so it doesn't impact my play, but I thought it was worth mentioning. I checked the list of bugs and didn't see this listed.
It's not just killing champs though. I can't give exact conditions, but I've seen it in other scenarios
