This is a similar kind of bug.
My opponent's Dwarven Engineer used "Build 'Em Tough" on Rugolth's Revenge, but the text did not indicate this correctly (check last line of combat log).

I have now played multiple games where an enemy unit stealth's on their turn, in a detection zone i own and the stealthed unit is not detected until my turn. This gives my opponent a form of mobility.
