Being able to grant an attack to a champ that doesn't have one is pretty sweet. Heart of Gnash will probably see use on Skywing Imperator.
There's already 2 25 nora equips that do that. They barely see play. Sure you play around Distract and stuff but really... eh At least it's better than it was.
Still not super impressed. Everything I can think of that could be abused with it already has unequippable. Anyway we'll see.
