it can't target the shrine deployment zone and thus can't be used to protect your shrine. it also seems like it has a duration or something, liek if they don't enter fast enough it fails to do anything. would be nice if this was fixed because for the first time since this rune was created I actually want to run it and it doesn't work.
on a side note it should be global targeting like cleansing storm based on the description, it's very unintuitive as it currently functions.
