I'd run it with 4 champs dedicated to relocation, and fill in the rest with what you want. You can run it elf themed, fire themed, or good stuff. Maxx mite also work in an imp, but the amount of relocate is out of place. However you could get by as max gives one of your closest champ relocate demon. I'm not sure of your budget, but the only thing I use under 65 is the Sheoul Disciple. The cheapest route would probably be a fire theme. You could rig it for your cheapest champ is ember wasp (free spell like champ), or go a route where you get some free fire amp champs like abyssal fiend, lavaflow devourer. With a demon build, another option is to use Altar of Votaev to guarantee a steady supply of cheap units off cool down for Maxx to summon. edit: also a stealth theme is possible.
