    Are they runable? Just looking at Arroyo Echo and wondering what I would run it in, besides spirits.

    SP elementals seem mediocre.If djinn were better and more focused on elementals the theme would be better.
    ST elementals are quite good.

    maybe in a ST/SP split with that Elemental Zephyr relic. Otherwise nah not really.
