why arent Barbars its own thing WITHIN the human circle of IS again? i forgot the reason. is there a reason!? :O
I think it was to limit FW abusing Barb racials or some nonsense, though of course making Barb a Class could solve that.
Accualy Humans USED TO BE HUMANS and Barbs USED TO BE BARBS Via race ofc. atm i cant see any abouse plausible here Problem atm is that Magnus / Isran etc benefit from Barbs and they should not.
The original lore was that humans don't exist in IS anymore, thus gedden re-instated that during the revamp. It does create some design/balance issues with the "human"ish Paladins that have been introduced over the years that are now also Barbs.
make them humans and make more humans/paladins in fw. Dark/evil humans in fw are really cool and its also interesting to split them with IS humans. I think this is an important peice of the game. Barbs should just be a class and humans a race imo, I don't know much about the lore though.
I think the original lore needs a retcon; the reality is that barbs and humans have become two different, present things.
Since when is Magnus OP in Barbs? He's hardly an impact in like any game I play him. And the Paladin barbarians are just a sub theme since paladins aren't a theme anymore
I don't understand the logic here, I understand lore said that the humans don't exist there but that doesn't mean that they can't return for some reason.
