and all i can say is. Please use your brain... vote for Bernie. Unless of course you have several million dollars and no morality, then by all means vote for Trump.
"Don't mindlessly vote for that guy! Mindlessly vote for this guy instead!" I'll make my own political decisions, thanks.
Most Republican AND Democrat politicians are many orders of fail worse than mere scum. Rap(p)e, murder, theft, etc... are their specialty. Unsure why smart chaps like yourself can spot the Republican scum, but then blindly give the Democrat scum a pass. Matrix has got you man. Bernie is a socialist. His honesty on the topic, here in Murica, is refreshing. So I give him that. But socialism = failure, except for the filthy rich.
I care not for your views on politics, since they're always the same. I was just making fun of spieky. I couldn't care less about who becomes president.
What I'd love to see would be a cross-party ticket, i.e. Rep prez Dem VP, or vice verse The two parties need to stop fighting and start working together, since they both want the same goal: A better country. /soapbox
My views have evolved greatly in the last 14 years. You barely share your political views here, so impossible to measure your progress. Criticizing others and never standing on your own feet is quite closed minded. I am used to that strat. It is underwhelming. I am interested in the political leadership of each and every country, not just my own. We are all in this together. Lo siento.
The vast majority of politicians do NOT want a better country, or a better world. Evaluate the result of their actions, and the truth jumps out. They get filthy, filthy rich whether problems are solved or not. Failures like GW Bush and Obama get elected over and over. Sad reality.
LOL, your equation of Socialism=Failure is hilariously true but doesn't really apply to Bernie. Yes he is a socialist but that is purely idealogical. Obviously he is not going to change the economic climate of America to the extreme most people think of when they hear the word socialism. I also fail to see how socialism is good for the rich when more often than not here in America socialism would be the last option the uber rich would want. @spikey mindlessness would be the last thing I encourage. In all honesty if you put on your thinking cap for just a little while and really look at the issues and who is being backed by who's money the only mindful answer you can give to who should be president is Trump or Bernie. The rest are purely politicians. That being said I think Trump is a misogynist, greedy and an ******* who would put our country back several decades but all the same he is better than the career politicians. What I think would really be the best for America is to get rid of the two party system and the electoral college. Winner takes all makes little sense when it comes to the issue's, although it does make it much easier to elect someone and know what you're getting in a country as large as the States.
Considering that both parties largely push for many of the same policies anyway, it feels like we've already got that. On a historical note, it used to be that the runner-up of the Presidential election became the VP, rather than having the PotUS and VPotUS being a sort of "package deal."
