No longer able to. There was a campaign that you could buy for $5 during Halloween week that gave them out as a reward. They are not tradeable so you have to wait until next year... Or until the Greens give in and make them tradeable/attainable.
wait for halloween special ? (it was a limited time offer, a bug made it tradeable, but that was fixed) Normally the special campaign will be active again later(tm). After buying the campaign and completing legendary hardness, you'll get a blood owl.
Yup, totally a meta rune with one week of availability. I'm hoping they change it soon as I want to support the game, I suppose we will see how this comes out. I also wouldn't opposed to having the Renovator be switched into a blood owl clone. The art isn't as cool, but at least it synergizes better with UD. How are you guys changing your forum subtext to devotee of the blood owl.
