I have aproximatelly 1000 shards at the moment, i was trying to aim for a magic amp bg and i'm using the elven ancestors as an alternative damage source in case i face magic eater or things like that, i could've chosen other unities like aurora sunmage or spirit of endurance for that role but i also think that the deck has some decent amount of things to stall for time and the spells help doing that so de adaptive was also an important factor to chose using 2 elven ancestors
Magic amp is so strong! With magic nova everywhere for 11 dng from amp.., and so much range too!!! Get the lastexpac rare bow mage guy. He is crazy for 71 nora.

Drop: 1x Herbal antidote (only need 1) 1x reclaim 2x Rejuvenating ring (can keep 1 of you really like it but not necessary) 1x Carn vines 1-2x Brambles (depending on how much you like it) 1x Dancer 1x wood guy 1x Circle messener 1x woodchuck Add something like: 2x aurora inspector (the rare) 1x lifegiver 1x experimental warspitit 1x honor coin 1x frostfall quiver I like 1x debuff spell - e.g. blinding flash/devolve 1x conclave warden 2x throne of the circle I'll update when I get more time
More things to add: 1x crown of petals (removing upgrades is super good) 1x starlight sylph 1x vortex 2x gnarlwood borderguard 1x aurora investigator 1x stellar horizon More things to drop: 1x chosen 1x fiorn 2x ancestor If you get enough worth, sub out the angel for page. Not all of these legs/exos are necessary. I would suggest definitely getting warspirit and sylph, rest can be subbed out.

Thaks, swiftwind and naturalize are quite interesting spells for their cost, at first i didn't notice gnarlwood borderguard had detection as an upgrade. About the alt damage won't aurora sunmage be quite interesting?
It is hard to give you advice because I don't know your theme. Is it meta, magic amp, elves, adaptive, etc. ? Most of the recommendations here are four meta.
Eh, personally I find you have enough alt damage with things like warden, warspirit and frostfall quiver, but if you keep running into magic immunity champs and are finding it hard to deal with them then try it out
I still have some questions, i'm thinking of removing fiorn, at the moment i don't have aurora investigator so i'm thinking of using forest dragon while i get shards to forge it, is it worth the slot? Also is the spell Grimlic's Bane usefull?(Deals 15 magic damage to every rune with the same name as the chosen one for 35 nora)
I'm thinking that fiorn is worth running, my best rank were with KF meta and i never tried GB, i am not sure how it is i just dont think it's good.

Another doubt that came after looking at that ability was how does the rounding of amp abilitites happen? Like for example gnarlwood borderguard with 11 base damage gets 20% amp he would deal 13.2, the game would use 13/14 or they pile the fraction of damage?
